Sweet 16 Flower Cupcake Picks

CS11302 - Mod Podge ® Matte, 16 oz.


Fabric scraps
Wax paper
Scissors
Bamboo skewers
Floral tape



1. Working on wax paper, coat a scrap of fabric with Mod Podge. Once dry, cut the fabric into wavy circle shapes.

2. Trim the bamboo skewers to 3.5" long. Pierce the skewer through the center of the Mod Podge circles. Gather the circles to the top to form a flower shape.

3. Secure with floral tape. Begin with a strip of floral tape, stretch the tape to activate the adhesive. Wrap the tape around the base of the flower until secure.

4. Place in the center of a cupcake.
