 1. Tape off a rectangle shape on the top of the clipboard. Using a foam paintbrush and working in one direction, paint one coat of the Chalkboard Paint. Allow the paint to dry and then paint a second coat going in the opposite direction. (Paint a third coat if needed) Once the paint is dry, condition the chalkboard by rubbing a piece of chalk on the board. 2. Trim the scrapbook paper to fit around the clipboard. You may need to piece the paper together around the clip. Coat each piece of the paper with Mod Podge, position the papers onto the clipboard and smooth out any air bubbles. 3. Remove the petals from the stem of a silk flower discarding the stem and plastic base. Hot glue the petals together in the center. Add a large pool of glitter paint in the center of the flower. Sink a large rhinestone into the glitter paint. Use the tip of the glitter bottle to spread the glitter paint around the gem. Allow the paint to dry. 4. Hot glue the flower to the clip, the trim around the backside of the clipboard and chip board letters to the front.
